To help you make the most of your visit, here’s everything you need to know about our Meet & Greet experience at the National Outdoor Expo. 

 

Where are the Meet & Greets taking place?

All Meet & Greets will be held in a clearly signposted, dedicated area within the exhibition hall (not next to the stage). This is designed to create a smoother, safer and more enjoyable experience for everyone.

Do I need to book a Meet & Greet?

No — general Meet & Greet access is included with your show ticket. You can join the General Admission queue on the day.

What is a Fast Track Meet & Greet pass?

A Fast Track pass is an optional add-on that gives you priority access to the Meet & Greet queue for your chosen speaker.

     

    Which speakers have Fast Track passes available?

    Fast Track Meet & Greet passes are available for:

    • Steve Backshall (SOLD OUT)

    • Ben Fogle

    • Mitch Hutchcraft

    • Spencer Matthews

    • Hugh Dennis

    What queue options are available?

    Each Meet & Greet will have:

    • Fast Track queue (for add-on holders)

    • General Admission queue (included with your ticket)

    • Additional Needs queue (for accessibility support)

    Our team will be there to guide you throughout.

    How do I add a Fast Track pass to my ticket?

    To add a Fast Track pass follow this link National Outdoor Expo - Customer Service and:

    1. Enter your booking reference (from your See Tickets email)

    2. Enter your email address or postcode

    3. Select “Add More Tickets” in your order

    4. Choose your Fast Track Meet & Greet

    If you can’t find your booking reference, please get in touch with the team.

    Do parents/guardians need a Fast Track pass too?

    Yes — anyone joining the Fast Track queue must have a pass, including parents or guardians accompanying children.

    Are Fast Track passes limited?

    Yes — passes are limited and expected to sell out. We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
