We’re Ian, Iona and Ewan — the family behind A Little Adventure Time. We love exploring the outdoors through running, cycling, hiking and parkrun tourism. Ian’s a dedicated trail runner, Iona is one of Cycling UK’s 100 Women in Cycling, and Ewan is our long-distance bikepacking explorer. Together we share routes, tips and stories from our adventures to inspire others to get active, travel lightly and discover new places — one little adventure at a time.
